BLUE VOYAGE ROUTES

MARMARIS - BODRUM - MARMARIS

Day 1: Marmaris- Arrive in Marmaris. Transfer to the yacht,Overnight on board.

Day 2: Bozburun Cruise to Bozburun, a small sponge divers' village.

Day 3: Knidos Cruise to Knidos, visit the ancient ruins.

Day 4: Bodrum Cruise to Bodrum (ancient Halicarnassus), afamous town with St. Peter's Castle, underwater museum, and the Mausoleum.

Day 5:
Datca Cruise around wonderful bays for swimming. Afternoon cruise to Datca, a pleassant little town.

Day 6: Bozukkale Cruise to small and quiet bays. Depart for Bozukkale, a fabulous cove with an ancient settlement and a castle.

Day 7: Marmaris Cruise to a nice bay for swimming. Depart for Marmaris and dinner at the boat.

Day 8: Disembarkation.

KARACASOGUT - BODRUM - MARMARIS

The cruise starts and finishes at Karacasögüt, a little bay within the Bay of Gökova, 22km to the North of Marmaris.

Day 1: The Captain will offer you a welcome cocktail accompanied by some information about the cruise and then there'll be nothing to keep you from diving over board into the cool, clear waters of the bay. The cruise begins!

Day 2: After breakfast we'll weigh anchor for Cleopatra's Bay, about 5 sm. to the east. Cleopatra is said to have bathed there. The sand on the little beach is of a very special kind, to be found nowhere else in Turkey. After lunch we'll set course for Akbük Bay where we will stay for the night.

Day 3: We'll spend the morning hours sailing on towards the west. We'll stop over for lunch at the Orak Islands and a dip, then proceed to Bodrum. There we'll anchor in the Marina. You'll have the whole night to spend at will shopping, sightseeing and enjoying the lively night life of Bodrum.

Day 4: During the morning our ship will remain anchored in the marina so that you may visit the castle of Bodrum and the underwater museum where the remains of the oldest shipwreck ever salvaged and it's precious load of glassware can be seen. As soon as the usual early afternoon wind arises we'll leave Bodrum on a southerly course for ancient Knidos. Today there live just a few fishermen amongst the ruins, whereas in old times the town had a population of 70.000 inhabitants.

Day 5: On this day we'll cruise along the coast of Datça Peninsula. After a lunch stop at Inceburun we'll set for Bozburun. Bozburun is a quiet little fishing village. It used to be the centre of sponge fishing along the Turkish coast but nowadays people there earn their living in a much less dangerous way by building the typical broad beamed wooden boats called "gulets". For swimming and snorkelling around the underwater ruins in the bay, we'll stop first at Kizilada Island and then make fast at the village jetty for the night.

Day 6: We will start quite early in the morning, with a "sailing breakfast" being served when we are well under way. Our destination is the ancient harbour of Loryma on the south coast of Bozburun Peninsula. Loryma, with its impressive ruins and its turquoise water is very attractive.

Day 7: After a leisurely breakfast we'll set sail for Arab Island. Here we'll enjoy the sea thoroughly for the last time on this cruise. With the setting sun we'll enter Marmaris Harbour.

Day 8: Breakfast on board for the last time. Then it's goodbye until we meet again another time, for another cruise.

MARMARIS - FETHIYE - MARMARIS

DAY 1: Transfer from Dalaman airport to your yacht in Marmaris Harbour. When all members of your group have arrived the skipper will welcome you with a cocktail and answer any questions you may have about the trip. For your first night on board we'll stay in the harbour so that you may get acquainted at leisure with lively Marmaris.

DAY 2: After breakfast we depart for Ekincik Bay, some distance to the south east of Marmaris. There we'll be met by a river boat which will take us to the site of ancient Caunos in the delta of Dalyan river and then up river further to the sulphur mud baths, supposedly very cleansing for your skin. The extensive sandy beaches of Dalyan delta are one of the last breeding places of the Mediterranean sea turtle.

DAY 3: Even before you wake up in the morning the yacht will leave Ekincik so as to profit from the morning wind which usually blows off Dalaman beach. With all sails set,you'll be served an uncomplicated sandwich breakfast. For lunch and a dive into crystal clear water we'll drop anchor in Manastir Bay. Later in the afternoon we'll sail on to Bedri Rahmi Bay, "creator" of the blue voyages. We'll anchor in this lovely place for the night.

DAY 4: On this day we'll set sail for Tersane Island. Many centuries ago the people of this region built their wooden ships here. You can still see ruins of the ancient shipyard. Later in the day we'll sail on to Gocek, our anchorage for the night. Gocek is a small village but recently it has developed into a yachting base with two marinas and many yachting facilities.

DAY 5: After breakfast, we'll leave Gocek for Kargi bay, a quiet picturesque location where we'll spend ample time swimming, snorkelling and wind surfing. In the afternoon we'll go on to the town of Fethiye. A minibus will be ready there to take us to the famous lagoon "Oludeniz". The long, white sand and pebble beach extends far into the sea causing the clear water to shimmer bright turquoise. When we return to the yacht, dinner will be ready. Later on you'll surely spend some time in town, sight-seeing, shopping or visiting disco club Letoonia.

DAY 6: In the morning we'll cross the quiet expanses of Fethiye Bay to Disibilmez. This little bay is a paradise for snorkelling fans. What's more, it's also a meeting place for many kinds of fish, just waiting to be caught. Good luck to any fishermen amongst us! Maybe there'll also be some grilled fish at the barbecue we might have on the beach in the evening.

DAY 7: After breakfast we'll set sail for Kadirga Bay where we'll spend some time swimming, surfing and snorkelling.Then we'll go on to Myra island and for a last dive into the clear water of outer Marmaris Bay, to Paradise Island then with the setting sun we'll make fast for Marmaris quay.

So Say To Say: Our last breakfast together then it will be time so say goodbye until we meet again, some other time for another cruise.

MARMARIS - GREEK ISLAND - MARMARIS

Day 1: Transfer from Dalaman airport to Marmaris harbour where your yacht is waiting for you. When everyone has arrived, the captain will invite you to have a cocktail with him and ask any questions you might have about the cruise. Dinner will be served on board. The yacht will remain anchored in Marmaris harbour the first night which gives you the chance to get acquainted at leisure with this lively seaside resort and its nightlife

Day 2: After breakfast we値l depart for Kadirga Bay, a good place for swimming and windsurfing. While you are enjoying yourself in the cool clear water, the crew will be busy preparing lunch. In the afternoon we値l proceed to Simi where we値l be anchored for the night.

Day 3: In the morning your crew will be occupied for a while with the purchasing of fresh provisions and formalities at the harbour痴 master office. That gives you the chance to visit around the island and maybe to watch the daily life of the local people while sipping your favourite drink at a cafe. We値l be anchored by one of the bays in Simi for the night.

Day 4: Early in the morning we値l head for another Greek island Halki. Halki possibly got its name from the copper workshops that were there in ancient times. The history of Halki; although being a small island, is totally intertwined with that of Rhodes. There are many historical places to visit during our stop at Halki.

Day 5: After breakfast and a short swim break we値l cruise to Tulos where we値l spend a lazy day in little bays with sandy beaches and crystal clear water

Day 6: Our destination today is Rhodes. There is much to be seen on Rhodes as it constituted a leading force in the area for a considerable period of time. For 140 years (up to 79 A.D.) Rhodes was a dominant state and a major marine force. During our visit you may enjoy major ancient findings at day time and at night time you may throw yourself heart and soul into the town痴 nightlife.

Day 7: After completing obligatory harbour formalities, we値l meet again with our old friend the meltemi and set our sails once more for the Turkish coast. At Turunç in the outer bay of Marmaris, we値l make a stop for our last dive into Mediterranean waters before we enter Marmaris harbour at sunset.

Day 8: Our last breakfast on board.Then it痴 time to exchange addresses and say goodbye until we meet again on another cruise.
